Born in 1972 in Osaka Prefecture. Manga artist.
In 1990, his work Keith!! was selected for the 70th Hop☆Step Award in Weekly Shonen Jump.
The following year, he made his debut with the same work.
From 2005, he serialized Masurao in Weekly Young Jump.
Starting in 2007, he serialized Kokou no Hito (The Climber) in Weekly Young Jump.
In 2010, Kokou no Hito received the Excellence Award in the Manga Division at the 14th Japan Media Arts Festival.
From 2013, he began serializing Innocent in Weekly Young Jump.
From 2015, he continued with its sequel Innocent Rouge in Grand Jump.
He is currently serializing #DRCL midnight children in the same magazine.
