Joined KOEI (currently KOEI TECMO GAMES) in 1996 and became one of the founding members of ω-Force.

Sho's representative works include DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 through 6 and collaboration titles such as the DRAGON QUEST HEROES series and Fate/Samurai Remnant. He was also the producer of DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS.
